Voodoo Techs was founded by a small team of people who have a combined 20+ years supporting the technologies of one of the most complex IT/audio-video infrastructures for one of the most advanced private families in the world. We’ve also come from the boutique auto audio-video industry, working on vehicles for high profile athletes and the affluent. After this much support experience we still have a passion for making everyone’s technology (small business and home audio-video) work the best for them.

The Voodoo Techs team has worked with and is comfortable managing very complex systems yet we strive to make it all reliable and simple to support. We also have a tremendous amount of experience working with consumer electronics – the technology that’s designed for the mass market – there are many great solutions to answer to your needs, especially when put together in the right combination.

Jim Dixon (President) has been in the software industry for 20 years, working in software engineering for companies like Microsoft, Fisher Communications, and Paul Allen’s Vulcan Inc. Having started as a Support Technician, he realized that all the technology (and software tools) in the world won’t make a bit of difference unless it can be applied in the right way and used for a customer benefit. Along the way he built his interest and knowledge of audio-video technologies from friends and colleagues.
